It seems like most recipes are either full carb or lo(near no)-carb.  The problem with this is when you want to get *some* carbs, but not get a recipe with a large carb count.

I need to get 30-45 carbs in my meals, but I can easily find versions of some recipes with around 4 carbs and then others with 60+ carbs, neither of which helps me to get to my desired carb range…
