The good…
Had my WW meeting this morning because I decided to deal with my anxiety issues and drive there myself to see if I could drive to the WW meeting location at an unfamiliar time and by myself (as opposed to hubby and kiddo dropping me off). I made it there in plenty of time to get weighed in and get a seat (which is good because apparently this particular meeting time is *packed*).
The not so good…
I gained this week. 3 lbs. However, that being said, this was the first week since I first started going to meetings back on March 15th that I gained, so I’m not going to kick myself over it. I’m going to focus more on making sure that I log everything I’m eating to make sure that I’m eating all of my points as well as keep an eye on what I’m eating.
